Order Pickup

Regular clients / business clients that have a pre-existing arrangement with us can disregard the information below.

Sorry we are not a retail shopfront and can't process walk-in orders.
In most cases, order processing time for pickup orders is 1-4 business days.

If you are planning to place a pickup order and are not familiar with our pickup operations, please read and review the information below beforehand.

Operating hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.
Order collection or dropoff is by appointment only (usually between 10:00am - 4:00pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri). Thursday pickup is currently unavailable.
Closed Weekends and Public Holidays.

We are primarily a dispatch warehouse, not a retail store / shop front.
We offer pickup from our Canning Vale warehouse as an extra convenience only. In a lot of cases it is actually faster to have your order delivered, rather than waiting for it to be ready for pickup.
You must place your order online first and wait for an email stating your order is ready for pickup.
As we only keep selected SKUs at our pickup warehouse, please take note of the pickup lead-times shown on every product page (in most cases it is 1-4 business days lead-time).
To avoid disappointment and wasting time/fuel, please wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up.

- Please refer to the specific pickup information and lead-times shown on every product page and whether the item(s) you're ordering are available to collect.
- Also, when you select pickup during the checkout process, you will see a date the order will be ready after.

- Minimum order for pickup is usually $50. If you wish to place a pickup order under $50, please contact us first and we will try to accomodate whenever possible.

Why can't I walk in and order 'over the counter'?
As we are not a retail store, we aren't set up to facilitate walk-in sales or changes to orders on site.
The only exception is regular business clients who have made prior arrangements with us.

We currently list somewhere between 14000-15000 SKUs on the website, a majority of which we can offer free pickup on (with varying lead-times) from our Perth warehouse.
This is a huge logistical undertaking and we aren't aware of any other similar businesses in Perth offering this on such a large range.
We just ask customers to please familiarise themselves with, and follow, our pickup policies on this page, and we will continue to offer this pickup service.

Why is the pickup option not showing during checkout?
There are 2 reasons why this will happen
1) Order value is under $50, contact us and we may still be able to accomodate
2) If one or more items in your cart are not in Perth, the pickup option will not appear during checkout. We may still be able to transfer the stock in, or there may be an ETA for new stock into Perth, please contact us for more information.
