We will always comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and no part of our terms and conditions is intended to contradict any of these laws. if you are unsure about anything, please contact us for clarification.
Please understand the wording of 'ACL' can be vague, subjective and open to interpretation. For any major disputes, a case may need to be raised to a tribunal or government department.

1. Prices
All prices listed are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice and are dependant on stock levels and availability from suppliers. Final pricing is only applied at the time of invoicing. All prices are excluding delivery unless stated otherwise. Although very rare, errors in pricing can occur and VTech Industries can refuse a sale if the advertised price is incorrect.

2. Placing an order
We recommend most regular customers to place orders through the website. Our business clients, schools, government departments etc with credit accounts are welcome to send us purchase orders or email orders. All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by VTech Industries. As a general rule, businesses have the right to choose who they wish to deal with and there are many reasons why a business may refuse to supply goods. We can refuse to supply goods in the event that we have genuinely tried to meet supply agreements, such as where the failure to supply was due to something beyond our control, including the act or omission by another person or business, or we exercised due diligence and took reasonable precautions. In the event we are unable to supply, or refuse to supply, a refund will be processed as soon as possible via the original payment method. Cancellation of, or changes to any orders should be emailed to us asap. We run all orders on a 10 minute delay to allow for sudden change of mind. If we have already shipped your order, or has been manifested with the courier company, we are unable to cancel the order and you should apply for a 'buyers remorse' return upon receiving the goods. Stock is reserved as soon as we process your approved payment. If stock runs out before it can be reserved, you will be offered a refund or a choice of a different item. Although very rare, delays to orders can occur for reasons such as, but not limited to: unexpected stock issues, problems at the supplier, restricting weather and excessively busy periods.

3. Payment
Payment can be made by Paypal, direct deposit or credit card. All payments are subject to clearance into our bank account and goods will only be dispatched when full amount has cleared. VTech Industries will not be held responsible for any errors or delays by banks while payments are being processed. Ownership of goods does not pass onto the customer until the order has been paid in full. Due to our security/anti-fraud policies, for first time customers ordering high value consumer products (such as laptops, phones, desktops etc), we can only accept payment via bank transfer/direct deposit (ie, no credit card or Paypal). We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem to be "high risk" without notice.

4. Delivery
VTech Industries cannot control couriers and once the goods have been handed over to the courier company, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver the goods. VTech Industries will not be held responsible for delayed delivery, damage or loss while goods are in transit. Delayed delivery and damage or loss of goods is not a reflection of VTech Industries' service. Any damage must be noted in writing when signing for the delivery and you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, so an insurance claim can be raised with the relevant courier, otherwise an insurance claim will likely be rejected by the courier. There is no insurance/cover for lost or damaged packages which are given authority to leave without signature, and therefore no claim can be raised thereafter. Please note, delivery drivers can't call prior to delivery. Responsibility of organising delivery ends at the first delivery attempt (whether successful or unsuccessful, ie unattended premises). Customer is responsible for organising re-delivery/collection with the courier company and any re-delivery fees that may be incurred. VTech Industries may, at its own discretion, override an 'OK to Leave' request to require a signature on delivery for insurance and/or security reasons. All orders dispatched will have adequate static protection and padding material. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout. 5. Warranty and returns

The duration of your rights and guarantees under ACL vary greatly and depends on many factors such as, but not limited to: Value of the goods, type and nature of the goods, whether the goods are classed as low-end, mid-range, high-end.
This is seperate from any warranties provided by the manufacturer and may be longer or shorter than the manufacturer warranty.

No wording on our website is intended to subvert Australian law.

Customers have the right to choose the type of remedy in the event that:
- Goods are dead on arrival (within 7 days)
- Goods have a 'major' fault or develop a 'major' fault within a 'reasonable' amount of time
- Goods are not as described (must notify within a 'reasonable' amount of time)
- Goods appear to be unsafe
- Goods don't do what they are supposed to

VTech Industries has the right to choose the type of remedy in the event that:
- Goods have a 'minor' fault or develop a 'minor' fault within a 'reasonable' amount of time

VTech Industries does not have to provide a remedy in the event that:
- Customer changes his/her mind 
- Customer accidentally purchased the wrong item
- Customer purchased a product based on incorrect technical advice from anyone other than VTech Industries
- Customer 'misused' the product in a way that caused a fault
- Customer can't provide any type of proof of purchase
- Customer has returned a product as faulty but has been confirmed not faulty by VTech Industries or Supplier or Manufacturer
- Customer refuses to, or is unable to return the faulty item to us within a reasonable amount of time
- Serial numbers used to identify the product are missing or have been removed
- Any 'warranty void if removed/broken' or similar stickers have been broken/removed
- The item is physically damaged

A remedy can be in the form of a refund or replacement or repair or compensation for loss.

Original box, packaging and accessories isn't required by law, but can help speed up the warranty process

The customer is responsible for any costs involved in returning faulty goods, except where the costs are considered 'significant'.
If paying via Paypal, any claims for re-imbursement of return postage must be done via Paypal's "Refunded Returns". The fees/surcharges we pay Paypal per transaction go towards policies like this.

Please contact warranty@vtechindustries.com.au first to explain the fault and obtain an RA number before returning faulty goods.

Repair/replacement is usually handled by the relevant importer/supplier or manufacturer.

The terms 'major', 'minor', 'reasonable', 'significant' are broad terms outlined by the ACCC.

If no fault is found with the product, the customer is responsible for paying any costs incurred in returning the product to them and a service fee may also apply.


Manufacturer warranties are separate from your rights under ACL and in no way affect your consumer guarantees.

All manufacturers provide their own warranties on their products that cannot be excluded under ACL. In most cases this is at least 12 months.

Some major manufacturers have service centres in Australia to deal directly with end-users, and in most cases will provide a much faster turn-around times than dealing with the reseller.

Any warranty periods stated on our product names or descriptions are manufacturer warranty periods.



The overwhelming majority of our customers are genuine, good people and a pleasure to deal with.

We understand recent times have become trying and frustrating for many.
But we will never tolerate abuse, threats, harrassment, swearing and bullying. Extreme cases are reported to local police.

We are people just like you and deserve to be treated with respect and politeness.


Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not obligated to accept returns based purely on a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, however in most cases we can accept a return and refund for "change of mind" or "accidentally ordered the wrong item" within 7 days of delivery. Some exceptions do apply, see the bottom of this section

The customer is responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us, and any original freight costs are not refundable.
The item must be in original, 're-sellable as new' condition (this means brand new, any seals or shrinkwrapping must still be intact, no signs of it being opened or used).
Serial numbers are recorded on a majority of items, this must also match our internal records
Refund will be via the exact same method you original paid with.

Effective late 2019 - Unfortunately it has become industry standard for payment processors/gateways to no longer refund the original payment fees to the merchant (us) when issuing a refund. Therefore all approved buyers remorse returns will incur a 2% fee.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept buyers remorse returns for the following items:
- Printer consumables such as Toners, Ink, Drums, Maintenance kits, Waste, Paper, Labels etc
- Phone/Tablet/Notebook cases, covers, bags and screen protectors (Hygiene reasons)
- Adult items (Hygiene reasons)
- Earphones and Headphones (Hygiene reasons)
- Eyewear (Hygiene reasons)
- Health, Beauty, Massagers (Hygiene reasons)
- Framed Wall Art Prints and Framed CD and Vinyl Art (These are custom made to order)

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept buyers remorse returns in the following circumstances:
- First time customers wanting to return multiple items (more than 1)
- Returning a bulk quantity of items, where we suspect the buyer was attempting to resell unsuccessfully


The repair/replacement of your storage devices may result in the loss of user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved.



While all care has been taken in the creation of this website and the listing of products and their prices, errors can occur. Product names, descriptions and specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and supplier. It is the customers responsibility to confirm any product information prior to purchase. Stock information is based on both own stock and local suppliers. While the majority of the pictures of products are accurate, they are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly. Product links to manufacturer websites are maintained manually and are usually correct. However, as human error is possible, customer should not base their purchase decision solely on this link. VTech Industries is not responsible for the content of any external site linked to on this site.


Records of web orders, quotes, invoices, enquiries etc are kept only for use by VTech Industries. Customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, phone numbers may be passed on to parcel/courier companies to provide you with a requested delivery service. Credit card details are not stored on the VTech Industries server, you can review our privacy policy.
